Our Seminars
Professionals can come to Greek Baking School and choose from a series of fast-track and specialised seminars.
All seminars offer deep insight into the respective subject-matter and provide all the knowledge necessary to those who want to know the latest baking trends/techniques and gain a competitive edge in the modern ultra-competitive environment.
Courses are primarily intended for professional bakers, bakery workers and other bakery employees, who wish to be up to speed with the latest developments and receive continuous training both for themselves and their associates in the flour business.
Each seminar is a separate module and participants can choose to attend any seminar that interests them.
At the end of each seminar, all students receive an Attendance Certificate. The certificate is only given if a participant has attended the entire seminar.
All lessons take place at the Greek Baking School facilities in Keratsini, Attica.
Level of Difficulty
Greek Baking School seminars are designed and classified in three levels of difficulty in order to meet the needs of all students effectively.
Level 1 Entry Level
Mainly addresses to young people who have no experience in bakery_ confectionery, food technology or in financial management and marketing bakery. Chefs and other professionals of the food sector, even beginners, who have not received any training.
The seminars are designed to provide students training on basic concepts and techniques.
Level 2 Moderate difficulty
Mainly addresses to bakers who already have professional experience and are familiar with the basic concepts and techniques for bakery / confectionery, food technology as well as financial management and marketing bakery.
The seminars are designed to further develop the students' knowledge by helping them to meet all modern era challenges.
Level 3 Increased level of difficulty
Aimed at bakeries / confectioners professionals who already have several years experience in the field and have acquired training in baking techniques, food technology and financial management and marketing bakery.
The seminars at this stage, are designed to provide students, training and specialization, enhancing their creativity.
Registration - Payment of tuition fees
To register for any one of our seminars, you can submit an APPLICATION online, or call the Greek Baking School secretariat, Monday to Friday 08:30-15:30, or even come in person to the Secretariat, on the 2nd floor of the Loullis Mills Administration Building (1, Spetson str, 187 55, Keratsini) Monday to Friday 08:30-15:30.
Your registration at the seminars is completed with the payment of the tuition fees. Your reservation is valid for 5 business days. In case of payment within the first 24 hours from your booking you are entitled to a 5% discount. After 5 days and if the tuition payment is not completed your registration is automatically canceled.
Payment is made either by bank transfer in the school’s bank account: EUROBANK GR5402602580000790200977892, or directly to the Secretariat of the school, daily from 08: 30 - 15: 30 (tel. 210 4090053, 2104090195). In case of bank transfer the name of the trainee should be mentioned in the statement. A copy of the bank transfer must be delivered to the Secretariat of the School.
As the requests for participation are too many, please make sure that you updated with the payment dates of the seminars, in order not your reservation to be canceled and not to cause any problems with the other interested students.
Special rates
The following discounts are offered:
-5% discount when paying the tuition fees within the first 24 hours.
-20% of the tuition fee for the second person, if two people from the same business attend the same seminar.
-30% of the tuition fee for the third person, if three people from the same business attend the same seminar.
Note: Full tuition fee applies for the first person.
