Short Seminar_Artoza Exhibition: Self -Control System Application_ Minimum Prerequisites
Greek Baking School will conduct a lecture in Artoza exhibition, on Friday March 3 at 2.30 pm in the seminars hall of Metropolitan Expo. The lecturer, Mr. Nikolaos Gkionis is a food scientist, professor of Greek Baking School and head auditor of TUV Austria Hellas.
Purpose of this lecture is to inform all participants about current legislation with regards to quality contro issues that need to be implemented in bakery and pastry shops. There will be extensive analysis of the HACCP system, which controls the risks that are related to the food safety while there will be extensive discussion on the minimum prerequisites that need to be met by all companies.
The lecture is free of charge and all those who are interested can participate and pose their own questions to the lecturer.
