The new trimester of Greek Baking School started with the seminar Sandwich: Bread Bases & Filling Recipes".
Our lecturers Vassilis Mandros (Executive Chef) and Dimitris Fragoyiannis (Loulis Mills Technical Consultant), presented a large variety of bases for sandwich bread and fillings. Recipes and techniques for mainstream, healthy, Greek and gourmet sandwiches were presented to the students who had the chance to enjoy the hands on practice.
During the seminar there was extensive analysis of organising the production, preparation, preservation and display of the sandwiches as well as ingredients combination for excellent and delicious results.
