The number of applications for the "Sandwich: Bread Bases & Filling Recipes" seminar (21-23 September 2016), exceeded all expectations.
In a packed hall, lecturers Vassilis Mandros (Executive Chef) and Dimitris Fragoyiannis (Loulis Mills Technical Advisor), presented a large variety of bases for sandwich bread and fillings, to create everyone's favourite snack of the day. Classic, light, healthy, even gourmet sandwich suggestions.
The seminar discussed methods for organising the work, and for preparing, preserving and displaying sandwiches, as well as how to correctly cut bread and combine ingredients for excellent and delicious results.
