Students from the Pastry department of the Etoile School, along with the Communication and Public Relations Manager Ms Sissy Nika were given a tour of Loulis Museum, Loulis Mills and Greek Baking School, in Keratsini.
Greek Baking School Director Ms Despina Louli welcomed the students who participated in the preparation, along with our expert Mr Dimitris Fragoyiannis, of delicious oat bars with tahini, a tasty tsoureki, and wonderful crissini with whole wheat flour from emmer wheat.
