Panagiotis Tsiavos

Panagiotis Tsiavos was born in Athens in 1989 and grew up in Evia.

He is a Consultant Bakery & Pastry Chef at the first Greek baking and pastry bakery in Mosco (Molon Lave) and a Pastry Chef in a chain bakery in Attica. He also teaches bakery and pastry in schools in Greece.

Panagiotis, is the 7th generation of bakers in the profession, he comes from a family of bakers and has grown up in his family business (pastry bakery). He studied bakery and confectionery at Le Monde and has done some stage abroad. He worked in a large hotel unit in Attica as a Pastry Sous Chef, as well as in a well-known restaurant and in pastry shops as a Pastry Chef. He provides consulting services for confectionery and confectionery flour products.

His philosophy is to convert classic products, recipes into modern and attractive ones, combining the best raw materials, without preservatives. He supports Greek products and works with them even abroad!
