Haris Papalitsas
Harris Papalitsas was born and raised at Volos. He made his first steps as a baker while being a little boy in his family wooden oven. He studied Bakery at the "Le Gourmet" Institute at Volos, where he graduated in 2013.
He was then trained at the Gremi de Flequers de Barcelona, the Bakery School of Madrid (ASEMPAN), and studied next to internationally bakers.
Despite his young age, he has undertaken technical presentations and demonstrations for large companies in the bakery sector, bakery seminars. He teaches bakeriy at the "Dimitra" IEK. Harris is the owner of his own chain of bakeries.
In bakery, what he is looking for are innovative techniques and new materials while staying constantly close to tradition.
