Ezio Marinato
Ezio Marinato took his professional baking diploma in 1982. In 2002 he won the European Baker Championship in Switzerland. In 2007 he won the Bread World Championship in Lyon (France). In 2006 he became the professional to be preparing the Italian teams for the European Baker Championships. Ezio became a member of the jury at the Italian Mundial Du pain in 2009.
In 2015 he became a teacher at the Alimenti School and a teacher at the ALMA international cooking school in 2014.
In 2016 he published the "FARINA D'AUTORE" book and in 2017 he became a member for the ALMA scientific Committee.
