Evgenios Vardakastanis
Evgenios Vardakastanis was born and raised in Athens, Greece.
He is a graduate of the Anavissos University of Confectionery and F & B Management of the University of Hague.
He made his first steps in the hotel sector by passing from large units such as Asteras Vouliagmenis, Pendelikon and others.
He collaborated with distinguished world chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Guy Martin, and Manuel Martinez.
At the same time he worked as a teacher and has presented training seminars at major exhibitions in the confectionery industry.
Since 2012, he has been working as Pastry Chef at the Great Britain Hotel and King George at Sintagma Square, as well as at GB Corner Gifts & Flavors, where he works with M.O.F Patissier Arnaud Larher.
