Dimitris Chronopoulos

Dimitris Chronopoulos graduated in 1992 from the School of Tourism Professions (STE) in Greece.

He has worked as Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef Consultant in many remarkable restaurants, pastry shops and hotels in Greece, Cyprus and abroad, including Michelin-starred restaurants.

In 2007, he began his collaboration with Deals and Valrhona as a technical consultant for Valrhona chocolates in Greece, and three years later, Valrhona S.A chose him as a technical advisor for Middle East as well.

At the same time since 2007 he has been active in the wider confectionery business as a Business Consultant, organizing and operating pastry shops and promoting raw materials, products, through researched and tailor-made recipes, presentations and promotional campaigns.

In recent years he has been conducting professional seminars and confectionery workshops in Greece and abroad, while his recipes, both for professional and home use, have been published in several printed and electronic media

In 2006, Eleftherotypia newspaper honored him with the Best Confectioner's Award in Greece for 2005-2006.
