Demosthenes Asimakos

Demosthenes was born in Athens in 1991. He is a graduate from the Le Monde School, from the Confectionery dpt. He now works as a professor of pastry in a private school and is responsible for the confectionery department in his family business.

He loves the bakery pastry and the modern French pastry.
