Christos Karaoli
Christos Karaoli was born and raised in Larnaca, Cyprus in 1981.
He is the co-owner and Chef Boulanger at Galette Artisan Bakery in Cyprus. He also teaches bakery and pastry in schools in Cyprus.
He studied in America at the Johnson & Wales University, Bachelor's Degree of Science Baking and Pastry. He has a Master’s degree in confectionary and in bakery teaching. He has worked at Artisan Bakeries and Restaurants in Boston and New York next to well-known Chefs where he has specialized in Artisan Baker. He has also worked in industrial units in Cyprus. Christos also provides bakery consulting services.
His philosophy in bakery is the use of traditional baking techniques, combined with the best raw materials, without preservatives and improvers. He supports Greek products as well as Mediterranean dietary habits.
