Adonis Daskos

Adonis Daskos was born in Syros in 1969, he is married with two children. He has graduated from the department of Applied Infromatics of Economics University of Athens. And he holds an MSc title in Computer Science, (software engineering) of Birmingham University and also an MBA title from UK Open University.

He has worked for BULL, Microsoft Hellas and Mercedes Benz Hellas. Today he is Managing Director and Head Trainer of Door Training and Consulting group in Greece and Cyprus.

He has extensive teaching experience, over 21.000 teaching hours, in middle and senior level executives in Greece and more than 2.000 training hours abroad.

He is a certified trainer by Human Recourse Development principles in Greece and Cyprus and he has conducted lectures in Germany, Croatia, Serbia, Morocco, Dubai, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ,Portugal, Poland, Slovenia, Egypt and Denmark.

He has been participating in international congresses relevant to Business and HR development (ASDT Conference, Training Conference – Atlanta, CIPD Conference UK).

He has extensive experience in topics such as leading, sales, customer service, management, negotiations, presentation techniques, train the trainers etc.

He has adopted the “Experiential Training” philosophy and he is an official lecturer  for Microsoft, Phillip Morris International (PMI), Harley-Davidson and  Abbvie.

Additionally, he is a certified lecturer in topics of Accountability (Self Track, Others Track) from the world known company “Partners In Leadership”, and he holds certifications in  HBDI, DISC, MBTI, Thomas Kilmann (Conflict Instrument) και Change Style Indicator (CSI) tools.
